Cab Type
Single Cab
The single cab is the ideal vehicle to provide maximum carrying capacity. It’s also the lightest, so it will carry the most. Single cabs are the real workhorses of the vehicle world and when loaded, the central mass point is in front of the rear axle.

Space Cab
The space cab or extra cab provides extra cabin storage compared to the single cab, without the limitation of extra passengers. Somewhat heavier than the single cabs, they have a mid range carrying capacity and the central mass point is normally behind the rear axle.

Dual Cab
The dual cab is an ideal vehicle for carrying up to 5 passengers. Heavier than the single or space cab, they have considerably less carrying capacity. As a work vehicle, they are far more practical than a station wagon, but their load carrying ability is less than the single and space cabs and the central mass point is well behind the rear axle. In severe loading situations, this can cause steering and handling problems.
