XL ROPs Compatible A-Body

XL is developing a range of Roll Over Protection system (ROPs) compatible A-Bodies to suit the new 2009 BMA specification for external ROPs.
These will include the following vehicles;
- Ford Ranger/Mazda BT50 Single Cab – Available now
- Nissan Patrol Leaf Spring – Available December 09
- Toyota Landcruiser Cab Chassis – Available December 09
- Toyota Hilux Single Cab – Early 2010
- Holden Colorado/Isuzu Dmax Single Cab. – Early 2010
The ROPs compatible body is available in the XL A-Body model due to its low body height, good rear mirror visibility and excellent over the shoulder rear vision. The new body design sees the XL A-Body and the external ROPs bar act/fit independently to each other.
Vehicle featured is a Hastings Deering Ford Ranger fitted with a new XL ROPs compatible A-Body and a Minecorp Safety Cell External ROPs system.
